at the mo im jst droppin fat because its summer and dont want to be walkin round lookin lke a blob....come winter time for sum serious bulking...if your lookin to add size reduce ur cardio and eat more but make sure its clean like pasta etc and not junk food...:)
yeah i am, and that site aint work for me but i did look up lean bulking, and it seems like it costs alot of money which i aint got right now becuase i aint got a job yet but once i get a job i can buy all the food i want and go to the gym and stuff start driveing..
