I am going to drop as much fat as possible and then gain about 15-20 lbs of muscle within the next year...
Goal (Long):
Well, now that I have been working out for afew months my goal now is to lower my bodyfat as low as it will go and remain healthy. I am going to be starting my degree in sport and fitness management and I think that I would like to become a Personal Fitness Trainer.
I have completed my first term, 2- A's 1-B. I also found out that i will be having surgery on my right knee so lets hope that does not set me back to far! Hope everyone is doing good!!!
doing good. haveing great gains and put on 20 lbs of lean mass. i wish i had a work out partner at the gym though. but anytime is a great loace to lift. what about you

I received my much-needed body transformation and lost over 50 lb’s in only 12 weeks by following the Body for Life program, it is not super easy but it isn’t so hard that you can’t achieve your goals. the weight is now down below 235 so i am 15lbs in sight of target - now i am upping the iron regime to bulk the muscle - no easy job as i am over 50. have a great xmas contact you soon - jack
