I want to get my weight back under 200 lbs again, while increasing my muscle mass.
Goal (Long):
Since my divorce, I have ballooned over 40 lbs in 3 years. I want to be fit again. That means lowering my cholesterol/BP/resting heart rate with a good diet and plenty of exercise while re-gaining a healthy body weight and improving my overall health.
