Why I Love It:
The natual high it gives you, its an unexplainable feeling. Also the benefits of being fit, and looking great.

Hey Adam, you've been making some steady progress and looking great man. Nice cuts and added mass. Abs look incredible. Chest and rest of body is definitely thicker and more cut. Keep it up!
i was wondering why you work so hard to keep your body so tiny and sft looking i understand you don't like the look of muscles but why have so much fat on you?
Adam, great looking physique man. I know you are working hard on those abs and they are improving. You just gotta eat clean, clean, clean, and monitor you calorie intake. (from what I read, I want them too). Your chest definitely looks more swole in you Dec 6 progress pic. Pecs are thick with great separation and bis/tris and delts looking huge. Keep at it man and the ABs will come. Awesome job so far.
Sounds like you got some good goals bro! I would recommend getting your calories in check and make sure that you are consistently eating the way you should be before you really consider spending a lot of money on supps. I really like torrent by universal for bulking and i'm always a fan of purple wrath by controlled labs!
hey man i'm trying to find that workout diary no luck maybe just go an exercise book also i reckon i'll just order the course and you pay me back we can start sooner that way... and when do you reckon we should work out this program for next year?
