Coming up on 3 solid months of progress on 05/01. Hasnt be stellar, but i am nearly 30 pounds down. Slow and steady. If i can duplicate that effort thru the next 3 months i will be happy. If not, i will still be happy. I have found my groove.

Good evening fit fam. Back and biceps today for my Tuesday lunch escape. Row focus. Did: 4 sets of two handle seated cable rows (mid-rep outer rotation), 4 sets of bent over barbell rows (underhand grip), 4 sets of Iso-leverage rows, 4 sets of high pulley rows to chest, 4 sets of machine preacher curls, 4 sets of standing straight bar curls and 4 sets of two arm hammer curls on an inclined bench. Happy numbers for today were 145 lbs x 10 on the bent over barbell rows - a personal best. I prefer pulldowns, but if you want the back to really grow they say you've got to row! Squatting after a long hiatus = 👎 | 30 days of squatting to get back to it so it doesnt feel awkward = 👎 but will feel rewarding after completing. Lets see how and if i can walk around work tomorrow morning.
