Mon-Chest/Abs (5K OR Interval Sprints)
Wed-Back/Abs (10k Run)
Fri-Tricep/Bicep/Abs (10k+ Run)
Rep Range=6-12reps Rest=1min
Change exercises on a weekly basis,mix in as many different exercises as possible,whilst keeping the compound
movement eg.bench press,squat, shoulder press,deadlifts/pull-ups,dips,barbell curls.
Will also mix in DTP training/German Vol/Super-sets/Drop-Sets to mix things up.
