How I Started:
Needed to get big for cheer leading. The Dixie State College Cheer program is intense, the team is really good this year, and I need to step it up.
Why I Love It:
I love what it does to my body and I enjoy doing it, relieving stress etc. I swear my endorphin level is off the charts. I laugh all the time and I rarely feel pain.
How I Stay Motivated:
Cheerleading and my friends.

right now im finishing up 6 weeks of a 5x5 routine, pushing my max on legs and chest twice a week and doing some fillers on other days, eating heavy protein and very light cardio. working well... I think im going to rest then do it again to see if I can get to 210lbs by christmas.

No not really I live in Laguna Niguel (OC) and I have to travel to Venice Beach to workout on Muscle Beach whenever I get a chance it is a really motivating gym cause you work out in front of crowds of people
