Needed to get big for cheer leading. The Dixie State College Cheer program is intense, the team is really good this year, and I need to step it up.
Why I Love It:
I love what it does to my body and I enjoy doing it, relieving stress etc. I swear my endorphin level is off the charts. I laugh all the time and I rarely feel pain.
How I Stay Motivated:
Cheerleading and my friends.

I've been trying to get bigger so I can do better at cheerleading. I'm also trying to get better at tumbling.

I've been fired from my job at sears auto center. Now I try to work out about 2 hours a day 5 days a week. I focus on one body part each time. like Biceps, Triceps, Abs, Back, Shoulders, Legs, Pecks, or whatever combination of those I feel like. I just make sure to work them to death if I'm...
right now im finishing up 6 weeks of a 5x5 routine, pushing my max on legs and chest twice a week and doing some fillers on other days, eating heavy protein and very light cardio. working well... I think im going to rest then do it again to see if I can get to 210lbs by christmas.
