Both my wife (bodyspace name: judimax) and I not only needed body transformations but got them and so we know where you are coming from. We used the Body for Life program, which is only 12 weeks and I lost 50 lb's and had pretty good results, if you are interested I recommend you give it a look-see. It isn’t super easy but it isn’t so hard that you can’t achieve your goals. I wish you strength, determination and success and if we can be of assistance give either of us a yell.

Don't hope, do it. I know what you feel like. Just do what you have to do to stay motivated. Log on to this site everyday and look at the physiques and picture yourself there. Be realistic in setting your goal and create the will power to not eat those oh-so-good foods. I am in that transition now.Get the magazines, whatever you have to to stay motivated. Just think of our country and all those people who are dying of heart diseases and diabetes, etc. That should be motivating enough.

Tiffany is correct. So many people give up before they see results. Thats the reward, seeing the results after the hard work. If something is not working for you, get informed and change up the routine...but most of all: DO NOT GIVE UP!!!
