I started working out when I was in High School the skinny not so popular kid syndrome.. then got big then fattter now leanded out and trying to add more muscle while staying lean

Friends keep me motivate magazine and seeing what I have accomplished thus far
I am now 9 weeks out from my first show and I am down to 204.2 as of this morning . I am getting closer to the target weight and I can see changes happening weekly . I just hope that skin will tighten upĀ in the next 9 weeks . and that abs pop more . I am sure it will all come together but since...
hope you are doing cardio twice a day.
I know it may sound crazy but it will help you get the deep fat inside the muscle and get you to your best.
If you protein is high the muscle is not going anywhere.
