Overall Goal: My new goal is to Bench 315lbs. by June. I want to be able to throw (3) 45lbs. plates on each side and press that weight.

How I Started:
My best friend drug my skinny little ass to the high school weight gym.
Why I Love It:
I love how my body transformed from that skinny little dork to what I am now.
How I Stay Motivated:
I am still very active in sports. Softball in the summer, and ice hockey throughout the rest of the year. Each year that goes by, my competition is getting younger and faster, so I need to work out that much harder to keep up with those young college kids.
BB Accomplishments:
For me, back in 1997 I bench pressed 275 for a set of 3. That was my biggest single accomplishment while my body weight was only 170 lbs.
