Tues. Legs 10-16 sets & Calves 5-8 sets
Weds. Rest
Thurs. Back 12-16 sets & Abs 5-8 sets
Fri. Shoulders 12-16 sets & Triceps 10-14 sets
Sat. Rest
Sun. Rest or start the cycle over (it depends on how I feel. If I am real sore and wore down I will go ahead and take the 2nd day of rest. If Im feeling ancy I will go for it starting again with chest.)
I always pyramid my weight from light to heavy and do at least 3-4 different exercises for my large muscle groups.

Posted in Other : Apr 15, 2011 4:53pmI think you have to be pretty hardcore to hit an intense leg day on a Fri. night. Well its gonna happen. If you feel mild tremors shaking the ground, relax. It isnt an earth quake, its just me training legs.
