Hope everyone had a great thanksgiving! Now back to training!
I really got into fitness/ working out my senior year of high school. I was working out everyday before school and ended up teaching cycling classes at the gym I worked out at. I also took boot camp classes and got addicted to looking good and feeling great!
Why I Love It:
I love pushing myself to the maximum and seeing the results of my hard work. I always set very high goals for myself and I always achieve them. I work hard and the pay off is great!
How I Stay Motivated:
I set goals that I want to reach, and I do anything and everything within my power to make them a reality.

In the Bahamas, unfortunately must of forgot to pack my beach body! (Minor speed bump after first year of college.. Drinking and eating like crap caught up with me! Even with working out, those two are a recipe for disaster!!!)

Goal (Long):
I would like to get more definition in my physique as well as specifically in my abs. I want to be able to throw the javelin further because I have gained muscle mass. I would also like to loose more fat and continue to tone my body.
I don't necessarily want to loose any weight, just see the results in my measurements, and my body fat %
I went to her website and read all of the content available to read. Everything she states on it is absolutely true and reaffirms what I have been doing and working towards. She is a great role model and has inspired me even more so than I already am !
Why do you like having a workout partner? What are the benefits?
I love having a workout partner because not only do I have to work out for myself, but I can't skip a workout because she is counting on me to be there.
