Been working out off and on for years but now it's time to get serouis for my health.

My kid's are one way one has Cerebral Palsy and he has no choice on his body or health but I do and iv'e got to be around for him as long as the Lord will allow.
BB Accomplishments:
So far all the learning I am doing and the new friends I have made here on bodyspace.

This was taken about 1 month after I starting out. I was 265 pounds with too much bodyfat. I fell that I look terrible still but am felling better and have lost 31 LBS so far.
Man I hate this pic. I am fat hairy. What can I say.
Loose body fat increase muscle. Better my health. Have more energy be around for awhile till GOD brings me home.
Goal (Long):
Transform from being out of shape well, wait round is a shape but I want to not be so round anymore. I want better health and to be around for my kids and if I can add muscle and look like a body builder I am all for it.

So far I goto the gym and lift up to 15 reps on varroius machines working upper and lower. I will do cardio for 25 to 45 min. I usally spend about 1 to 2 hr's in the gym I try to go everyday.
what up holloway, man i just got back from vacation. ate a little much for two days. But nothing to serious, just some brownies that I should have put down. Sucks to hear you're slumping man. Just fight it man, get in the gym and pound it out brotha!!
Work has been so hectic and crazy! Sometimes when i do get to the gym, all the equipment is being used. There arent many benches and stuff here. Sometimes I feel like the gym isnt properly maintained and I think someone is going to get hurt soon... the gym makes me not want to work out sometimes...but this is a struggle that Im trying to make it through, bro! Dont give up ok?

Yeah bro...follow the rules regarding the poses. I had to retake my pics because I didnt have the correct newspaper. There are a few people that had to retake their pics because they didnt do all the mandatory poses...
Bro...good luck on the MuscleTech Challenge! I got your PM and I can understand. For me it was worth it though because I couldnt have done it without their guidance. I have tried it on my onw prior to them and had a hard time meeting my goals...they were worth it. But I do understand where you are coming from...Lets help each other bro!!
