What it can do for the body. Seeing the results of all the hard hard work. Working out is part of my playing Semi-Pro Football.
How I Stay Motivated:
My kid's are one way one has Cerebral Palsy and he has no choice on his body or health but I do and iv'e got to be around for him as long as the Lord will allow.
BB Accomplishments:
So far all the learning I am doing and the new friends I have made here on bodyspace.

Loose body fat increase muscle. Better my health. Have more energy be around for awhile till GOD brings me home.
Goal (Long):
Transform from being the shape of round. I want better health and to be around for my kids and if I can add muscle and look like a body builder I am all for it.

So far I goto the gym and lift up to 15 reps on varroius machines working upper and lower. I will do cardio for 25 to 45 min. I usally spend about 1 to 2 hr's in the gym I try to go everyday.
you should come back to golds, were under new management, and everything is way cheaper... we even have a no contract membership... which powerhouse doesnt have :) how is the working out coming along?

I haven't been as much as I should, got really busy with moving and the kids getting into their new schools and all but now that things seem to be getting on a regular basis and picking it back up again
Hey! Yeah I know. I have been gone for a bit. I not only let myself get derailed, I didn’t dish out the encouragement to my friends. I apologize. I know I don’t have to but I have found that my friends help me stay on track and I hope I do you as well. So please forgive me for abandoning you and fill me in on what you have been up to these last couple of months. How are your workouts? Diet? Motivation? What are you looking forward too?
