When I Started:
Oct, 2006
How I Started:
I have always been an athlete. I was part of a college soccer team and absolutely loved the discipline that they would put you through to perform at your best. When I stopped I lost my focus. Well, now it is back and my drive has been renewed.
Why I Love It:
Working out for me cleanses my body. It is an everlasting process in which sacrifice and self discipline are its leading factors. It is a way of life that is forever changing, improving, and rewarding.
How I Stay Motivated:
My husband. I forever want to be his goddess of seduction. and most importantly for myself, I have goals in my life that require it. And it is now time to win the battle.
BB Accomplishments:
Realization that my body is in desperate need of a transformation.
I want to find my abs that have been lost to child birth!
Goal (Long):
I have been reading more and more fitness magazines to obtain ideas and retrieve different strategies that I can use to conquer lifes temptations. I look at the women in the magazines and realize that struggles and temptation will always be around, but there is nothing that you cannot conquer through the means of a driven mind. It is time for me now to do something about the person that I see in the mirror. She is one of character and beauty, but is hidden. It is time to release the force from within and begin the steps of reformation. I will first change my eating habits (yep say good bye to chocolate) and begin keeping track of my consumption, for your body can only use the fuel that it is given. I will also do at least 40 minutes of cardio 5 times a week and lift weights 5 times a week. Well lets just start there before my intentions overwelm me.
