How I Started:
Started lifting weights very casually with my brother when I was in high-school.
Why I Love It:
I love everything about it, from sweating, to seeing my 'gym friends'...
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated because I will never be satisfied with my physique. One day my calves are too small, the next day my chest is too small. It's a never-ending cycle.
BB Accomplishments:
Basically how my body has transformed over the past few years. I'm still carrying a lot of fat, but I used to be 190 with NO muscle.
I'm not an endomorph, nor am I an ectomorph. I have a regular build and I tend to store more fat than most, but I'm still 'skinny'. I'm trying to build as much lean muscle as possible, all the while losing the fat that is stored around my stomach. Once I have a good base to build off of, I will be strength training.
