As you can see, when I first decided to start training for a Figure show, I was very imbalanced from top to bottom. And I know, it's a pretty hot pic :)

My very first Figure Show was the 2004 NW Natural Classic in Oregon; I won the figure Overall! I've come a long way since then :)

This was my second show ever in 2006, I won my height class and qualified for nationals, although I would wait to compete nationally until next year.

Agghhhh!! The green monster! Pro Tan turned me freakn' green! Came in flat and again over dieted and over cardio'd. Everything was off...placed 13th

Return to the Emerald Cup where I placed 2nd in my height class after only 7 weeks of prepping with Mike Davies for the first time. I was so excited to place so well!

My return to the national stage and I placed 1st in my height class!! I was on cloud 9..just an amazing feeling to win at the national level. Jason told me I would, I didn't believe him :)

Won my height class and placed in the top 4 overall to win my pro card!! I can't even describe what a surreal moment and experience this was. Again, Jason told me I would win, still I wondered lol

Just got done with an amazing workout...pump going on after training chest and back in Atlanta at NPC Nationals. I'm adding some great lean mass this off-season!

2 piece round...didn't place at my pro debut, but I'm focused on what I can do better for the next show. It was a great experience and fun time overall :) I just love the stage

3 weeks into my off-season prep...diet, cardio and lifting protocol very different! Will be interesting to see how I respond. Next show will be in the fall! Goal is to bring a new and better package :)

I did this shoot USA's weekend in Vegas with Amir at the Hard Rock. Off-season diet and training is going awesome!
