How I Started:
I have always been engaged in sports (black belt karate, running marathon, etc.). After a quit period I subscribed to a gym to become fit again and become hooked on working out
Why I Love It:
I do not have a physical job, so working out really gives me the opportunity to use my energy.
How I Stay Motivated:
Keeping track of my performance and see the progression... This really keeps me going...

Goal (Long):
All of my life I have been wanting to have a body that I can be proud of. Being skinny in my childhood at my current age I have put on some more weight. My goal is to sculp it to the max...I want to progress naturally while keeping my vegetarian lifestyle. I want to be around 88 kg with 12% bf. I want to look athletic in the summer of 2009. This year i am going to bulk up to 85 kg until dec 2008 while keeping bf lower than 20%. Then cut to 14% during january, february and mid march 2009. Do a clean bulk during the second half of march and april 2009 while keeping bf lower than 16%. Finally cut to 12% during may and june 2009

After a 5x5 training program in the first few months to gin strenght i have switched to this program to build further mass.
I do 3 workouts a week with a lot of compound exercises.
I work on all muscle goups two times a week exept for the legs which i do 1 time a week (almost complete...
I was always an athlete in HS and college but when I started preparing to compete, I had a excellent trainer. I did exactly what I was told as far as diet, supplements and lifting, etc. and it all came together!
