bbrowning8274 Hey man, one more thing...Kris's workout is really good IMO, but I didn't realize how small you are. You need a bulk workout. Dr. Stoppani's is probably better or at least his diet is for your goal. If you weigh 130, you should probably aim for at least 2400cals a day and a minimum of 200g protein and 200g carbs. You'll put that 10 lbs on quick. Apr 4, 2012 7:11pm

bbrowning8274 If you pay attention to the videos, Kris is losing weight. Most people lose weight especially initially but it starts to even out probably close to where you're at. You WILL lose fat, but make sure you get enough calories to also build muscle. If you're losing too much weight, nix one of the cardio sessions. I only did cardio after the workout.
