Hi Ava- Love the suit!! I notice your bodyfat has dropped-any tips on what I need to increase/decrease to get my bf down? I am stuck at 14-15%, my goal is 12 or below. I am training 5-6 days per week with weights, 4-5 days of cardio (I have a feeling maybe not enough though)- my eating is clean, not sure what to focus on.

I still haven't decided on any yet-I am definitely tightening up on my diet though-I want to lose about 5% body fat. What do you think is a realistic time line for that?

I am not sure about competition this year--that would be fun though! I love the Elite-Jay Cutler was the guest poser when I was there and it was the greatest!! I would love to find something in VA, they don't seem to have much here though. I may start searching soon-it seems to get me motivated. I would love to see the Northern Kentucky show in March sponsored by Beverly! And of course the Arnold!! I am lucky to get out of my house to be honest (kids!)

So I was looking at your contest history--I just missed you at the Elite-I was in the 2000 and one other after that-figure. That looks like great food by the way!!

Thanks for the comment-I don't feel like I am doing the greatest right now though. It is very difficult to be consistent enough with eating to notice big changes in bf%. I know it just takes time, but certainly can be frustrating.

Thanks for the compliment--I was actually there twice-was trying to remember when. The first time was 1998, the second (when I was fitness manager), I believe was around 2001/2002. thanks again, and keep up the good work--I still plan on reading more of your blogs.

Basically, I just try to train each body part at least once a week, sometimes twice--cardio as well-it is hard for me to not get "bored" with my workouts too-the "spice" just comes from making progress-but I try to throw something new in each week too-then progress from there-pick maybe a new exercise per body part and increase wt/reps from there each week til your are bored with that one, then pick a new one

awesome!! do you compete in the NPC? i am considering another show, but am not sure if I have enough time to get ready for the one in november or wait until next year.
