I miss the feeling of my tees beeing tight on my shoulders and arms.also I have never had more than 2 abs showing I would like to have at least 4 showing by may.
Also my job involves alot of lifting and carrying so I would like that to be less of a struggle.
Just got back on the computer tonight after a month laid flat on my back with a virus.
I feel fat and lethargic as I have not been able to train for the last month due to illness. How do you guys get through that?? and how do you get back into it?? jump straight in or build it...
This workout is a nice easy one to get back into training.
It is for busting the fat. I will probably stay on this for 6 weeks. 13th march still on it as it seems to be working for me. although all sets and reps have increased.
I will use this 3 days a week

Thanks for your comments, keeps me motivated! Getting so close to my goal now, should be another month or two. You have made some great progress as well, nice v-taper in your lats! How are those pants fitting (your short goal)? Interesting occupation you have. I love old houses.
I can see hot one could get burned out. This is my first serious attempt at weight loss and getting fit. I've lost about 18 lbs so far this year. It is pretty exciting to see the fat disappear.
Thanks I appreciate that... I just get frustrated. I work so hard and it's literally down to the fact that one day, sometimes even an hour or two kills my whole week of hard work and progress. (I'm talking like downing 5,000+ calories of pure crap) equivalent to a pound or two! and when thats about what I'm losing a week well ..you do the math. :(
