No really change in pic but have changed focus to maintaining the progress i have made as due to go on holiday in September.

Which pro bodybuilder/fitness/figure competitor has the ideal physique? Why?
Christiano Ronaldo he is in awsome shape. I think he looks very solid and strong which is the look im hoping to achieve.

I normally do three sets and the reps can vary, currently i am doing 8 reps per set.

It was a ok month for workout wise i did manage to achieve what i had hoped and this was increasing the weights on my main compound lifts. My diet wasnt to bad either. I am happy with the stats i have updated with the exception of my weight which i will try to get back up over the next few...

wow i know how it feels to have unreliable people to train with, but i cant get real advanced in MMA until august because my knee needs to heal from surgery still. so im doing standup and working on sparring now and come august ill be going full force
