Ryan, just stopping by to say, keep up the great work. You've got an awesome physique - especially for an 18 year old. I'm finally back on track with my diet. Any advice on how you keep such a low bodyfat??
i would say with a body like that start light on the supps....seems like ur eating and training right....but yeah animal pak is great and also is no xplode.....as far as cratine i sy kre-alkalyn....
hey, for supplements id go on something light and easy first like Whey protein then move up to creatine and animal pack pills and stuff but thats what id do hope that helps.
