How I Started:
I work a sedentary job using a computer all day and it has started to have effects on my body.
My legs started becoming stiff and I did not have any energy to want to move around. So I decided to start working out so that I would have a more fit body and feel better.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel energetic and alive. Ever since i started working out my energy level has increased dramatically.
I also love the feeling of my body after a workout...feeling slightly ripped. And, seeing the progress my body makes as I gain muscle.
How I Stay Motivated:
I just think about how most older people i know are overweight and lazy and i think to myself...i don't want to be that way when i am their age. I want to be healthy , limber, and muscular.
BB Accomplishments:
Adding 1 set of 45lb plates on my bench press.
Adding 2 sets of 45lb plates on my squat.

I just got into bodybuilding and after lots of research it is apparent that i should build a strong foundation with complex lifts. So i will continue with this routine for a month or two while increasing weight and sets. Week one contains 1 set, week two 2 sets, week three and further...
nice progress man... excellent results, I can totally relate to the desk job and sitting behind a computer all day.. I used to just wiggle that mouse around. now I love to flex that bi and see it fly.. haha
