Background

When I Started: Jun 2011
HOW I STARTED:

ive been an athlete all my life, since i was 3 years old when i started playing hockey. Im a senoir in high school, and will be attending the US Naval Academy in late June. any other military academy grads/hopefuls/cadets message me!

WHY I LOVE IT:

seeing progress, seeing the girls' reaction at the pool, increased sport performance.

xxx_hockey I played juniors for 2 years. What camps have you been too? I thoughts most teams were picked and playing by now. I train forearms twice each week, 10-15 reps per set and about 6-10 total sets. I use movements that I feel the best pump like reverse barbell curls, db hammer curls, seated barbell wrist curls, and a few others. Sep 7, 2011 7:02pm
