hockey got me into it. then after school ended i fell off, within the past two years i got back in, last 8 months in general i have been doing 5 days a week, hard training

165lbs, start of endurance training.
Rear double bi. 165lbs, back is a little more defined. no size gain in arms, but definition is better. and they are stronger.
