What up.. ive been following your post workout shake plan that placed first on the post workout section on the BB site.
Just curious if that shake is meant for actually building muscle or if its meant for cutting.. i know there are a lot of carbs present in the shake but i was just curious about your opinion

Agreeable, I really learned a lot! Ha, my trainer says to do cardio on a empty tummy and now I KNOW BETTER! Thank you for also putting women in there as well. There are a lot of things I want to know and a lot of people put "men who want to gain" and "men...." It was nice that u used a varity. Thank you! I learned alot!!!

What do you think of Optimum 2:1:1 Recovery for immediately after your workout?

I read your Max-OT article and I've decided to give it a shot. But I have a question. where should I put cardio? Or should I just avoid it during the 12 week program?

Hey, I read your article on Proper Pre and Post workout nutrition, I just wanted to say great stuff. But, I was wondering if you could answer a question that i have. I lift weights everyday for about 1 1/2 hours. But before i go to bed i also do 100 pushups and situps. Is this doing more bad then good or what? Comment me back please.

Hi,
I read your article on pre post nutrition. Very nice. I like many work out immediately after work. So, if I were to make the shake you recomend for the post workout I would have to keep it in a fridge all day. Will the shake keep? And exactly how soon do I have to drink it? It takes me about 20mn from last set to my house is that too long? How long is to long?
Thanks
AJ

hey I read your article and I am very impressed:) Do you think that your combination would work well for a woman( maltodextrin and the dextros)? Though I am still a hard gainer for muscle. I am built well just I feel after reading your article you've clearified what i have been searching for. I am 5'7", 129lbs. but i want to transfer to more muscle and lose maybe 3-5 lbs of fat? Can you advise if you have some time? I'd really apriciate it as you seem so knowledable.
