ok,what you want to do is dumbbell press.2 warm up sets,with 15 pounds,8-10 reps,after that,4-6 sets with 25 pounds,6-8 reps.next is low pulley bent-over lateral raises,20 pounds on each arm.6-8 sets,6-8 reps.one-dumbbell front raises,6 sets with 30 pounds.8 rep slow.8-10 set of low pulley lateral raises with 10 pounds.rep til max out..
