I wanna Transform my whole body - Lose FAT, get into shape. Gain Strength

Fat has accumulated where ever it can. No one is to blame but me for being so careless and lazy. May be my metabolism is slow and gain weigth easily but i didnt take care on checking it down. So here i am setting my goal for 2009 after i finsh my exams on jan 1st 2009. to get into the dream shape i have always wanted.

I'm hitting a 12-week strength and power routine straight from the pages of the December Muscle and Fitness! LOL! It seemed like a good match for my goals and it hit spots that I am needing to work on, so it was perfect. I posted the first 4 weeks on my page.
