My goal is to be able to bench-press my weight and then some. I want to be strong as physically as I am mentally. I want to transform my body and be as healthy as possible. I have a daughter and I love her with all my heart and I want to show her that she can be fit and healthy no matter what her body type is....When her dad and I split up, I was emotionally destroyed and I have built myself back up mentally and got back on track with my life and my goals and that showed me that I can do anything I put my mind to and prior to having my daughter I wanted to focus on my bodybuilding and now I am doing it once again.
Ok so a couple of weeks ago I hurt my right wrist while lifting. I thought I had the bar back on the rack and when I loosened my grip realized that I didn't have the right side back on the rack Ouch!!! So yeah and being an idiot and not resting the wrist and taking proper care of it, I hurt...
I run about 3 miles 5 mornings out of the week and I am incorporating HIIT into one of those 5 days
*UPDATE* I am cutting down the cardio to only 3 days a week. I will run the bleachers one day, a regular path another day and on the third day i will run a hilly path
I didn't do so great this past week b/c I went out of town and threw all my discipline out of the window, but I'm back on track now and continuing to move forward. This is one tough process but well worth it.
oh thank you. ive been okay just trying to manage my joint pain and work out the best i can. how about you, how have you been, how have your workouts been going?
