me before at 150 lbs with relaxed abs
one week after taking the six star professsional strength whey protein. a few weeks after i started my cardio program. my gut is starting to go away. nice job.

Well, you've got to do powerlifting programs- that is, low reps and high sets. i could give you a couple of programs i've used... you've also got to eat alot... enough to repair the torn tendons and ligaments... and the weight goes up. Right now, i'm focused on cutting. I want to be able to have a six-pack, and to be as fast as bruce lee.. lol, we'll see. I'm taking Japanese Aikido right now...

Private lessons are much more expensive than group lessons. I recommend starting with group, and if you really like it then look into getting some private lessons. You'll learn faster that way.

Six star was pretty good, good price and amount of protein, I switched over to Optimum protein and thats about what I'm on. what about you?

Hey, by the way, I saw that you're taking Lipo6....you may wanna get the lipo6x when you're done with your bottle. It hits me within 20 mins and seems to be working really well for me. Diet obviously is key combined with the lipo though.
