Be patient whilst pregnant, have a healthy baby and then get cracking with the workouts!
Goal (Long):
I've always had good muscle, but unfortunately it doesn't look too good under a layer of fat! My aim is to get rid of that 'comfort coating' and find my six-pack within. Every time I've managed to lower my weight it always creeps back up to the same old fat level therefore I have to develop a maintenance program so that I get it off and it stays off! Oh yeah, and to get back to Leather Wearing Warrior Woman shape ;)
Ok so it's finally cold, thank goodness for that. At least huge ankles is now one thing less to deal with.
Boredom, now that is the new enemy. Can't go to the gym since my groin muscles packed it in, so not even that to make me feel like I was at least doing something. On the...
well if my belly looked as adorable as urs does, i would have LUVED being pregnant! but alas, mine did NOT so i hated every moment.. haha.. but u don't have much time left, right??
If you find it in a bottle let me know but just know that you are still the awesome person you are known to be and that baby is growing by the day.. lets count down.. your almost half way to getting your body back.. well almost back.. you will make great gains after.. and we will still be here. :)
my baby shop is closed and has a padlock. My youngest is 7, so thats why I have gym time now. I dont want to have to start all over with another little one
