Bulk up!~!~!, I'd like to be 150 or so by Feb/March, then from there I'll see what happens!
Goal (Long):
Build up some muscle to about 180 (overall) or so, while mainitaining around 10-12% bodyfat. Then, ill cut to about 6-7% bodyfat, while preserving as much muscle as i can. I hope to do this by Jan, then repeat the cycle. =-)
I've been lifting a decent amount of time...and i havent exceeded 125lbs. yet......its kinda bugging me...im pretty sure im eating enough, so who knows......

so my mom tells me our scale is off by 2 pounds, lol. i was like wtf.
so i gained about 6-8 pounds this summer, lean muscle.. not bad for 4 months i think, right?

its going good I think.
I can't really tell if I gained any weight, but I've gained strength and some size. About a 1/4 inch on my chest and arms. so its working.. gotta eat more food though!

hmm, eat 6 small, well portioned and nutritous meals a day.. stack it up too with something that'll bulk you up! thats what im doing, ill let you know next week if ive gained anything :D
scivation is the best whey i have every had, i mix 2 scoops w/ a cup of water, and 1.5 cups of crushed ice, and blend on high, its filling too! mix in pb for extra cals
