Thanks. BTW even though I am in Hawaii I am a southsider to my heart:) I miss the small neighborhood gyms. Thats where I got started on my transformation. (I went to one on 63rd and Pulaski) Much hometown love!

Thank you, Its persistence and commitment to doing what I like.I had to quit the gym to workout at home. The 22 years training early hours 2am to 5am after work wore me down.So its me and the wife training now. Take care keep going to your goals. DONT GIVE UP! Greg

gonna try my first comp next year. Gotta get my legs up to snuff. Have a bad disk in my back so I havent been able to train them for comp. gonna work on it this year
