No, I am no longer on the vdiet. Advice I can give you:
1- Keep your protein shake 2-3 hours apart.
2.- Take you fish oil and multivatimins
3.- DO low intensity cardio not HIT
4.- With hard word and dedication it is possible to survive the whole 28 days!
I don't remember but it was close to 10 lbs. It just by week two I got sick...not from the diet but my allergies. So with the allergies I really wasn't in the spirit to keep up with the diet. So fell of the diet wagon and decided to just go to my current diet!
Yeah...the velocity diet is really strict! Kinda make it harder to stick to it but definitely worth it!
With dedication you can make it happen
