I increased my creatine intake by 5 grams , A total of 15, 5 grams in the moring and 10 grams immedialtly after my workout. I must say that I woke up the next day and had zero soreness in my body. It feels like my muscles completly repaired themselves over night. I am taking GNC Creatine...

Hey man. The gym here is actually pretty nice, it shocked me. It has basically everything you need. They also have a Jiu Jitsu and MMA class that goes on Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday. As for the eating, the DFAC is not the healthiest, better food than they served on the ships that I have been on. They do have a mediocre salad bar and sandwich bar. Good luck! Anymore questions just shoot em on over man!

Swimming or biking are great idea. We just got some new cardio equipment at my gym that I like whick is good because I hate to do cardio--I would much rather do free weights---but I need to do it if I am going to continue to lean down for the show and build my legs--take care
