How I Started: In High School, a good friend (hard-gainer as well) helped me realize I could transform my body with enough effort and dedication. With his motivation I chose to start dieting and working out. Bodybuilding is now part of my life.
Why I Love It: Love the pumps, the people, and the feeling that my body is being taken well care of. Increased energy and vitality.
How I Stay Motivated: compete with friends, keeping my goals in mind, and motivating others to better their own health.

Goals:
Main Goal: Transform My Body
Goal (Short): Become a beast?! 200-210LB at 6-7% body fat.
Goal (Long): My goal has yet to change from when I started back in 2006. I've always had the "gifted" (if you could say that) genes. Eat whatever I want and still maintain a slim figure, a true hard-gainer, an ectomorph. At 16, I was a scrawny 6 foot 135LB 7% body fat junior. My goals are definitely obtainable: 200LB at 6-7% body fat. Increase vitality, energy, and overall well-being!
Weight Goal: I want to GAIN 65 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 6%
