ull be looky to gain 30 lbs in a year u should go for maybe 10lbs thats more realistic and ur more likly to reach it or even more

u need to 3 exersises for each area ofthe abs , lowers, uppers,obliques and then do them like i told you 3 exersises each 100 reps per exersise. then when u start not feeling sore the next day put the reps up or the reps n each set its called goal setting. u say ur gonna do 100 and u go for it u might get 50 and then need to rest abit and then do the next 50 to reach ur 100 reps. if u dont know many abs exersises ill tell u a few just let me know
