although i workout before and i had stop for a while i felt it was time to make a change.and look forward to getting the body that i always wanted

well i hit 228 about two weeks ago. but i have not lost any weight since then , but i have see some changes in tone. i have added cardio to four times a week last week. i have set a goal to run the houston maraton next year. so that i my goal for the next year.

Puppy is great, he is chewing everything though, what a pain! Still doing more cardio than weight training, and I miss it. How are things going your way?

I've been extremely busy all week and I haven't been going to the gym as much as I'd like. I'm working on switching my whole routine to the mornings...it's just extremely hard getting up at 5 or earlier. I'll get there! Have a great week!
