When I Started:
Mar, 2003
How I Started:
Loved watching Arnold and Bruce lee movies, and can remember from a young age thinking "I will look like that".....
Why I Love It:
Not even completely for vanity reasons anymore, just love to get that extra five pounds, or extra rep more than the last workout.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking at natural athletes like Jeff Willett, Skip Lacour, Derik Farnsworth, Layne Norton-(even old timers like Reg Park and Steve Reeves).Seeing a natural lfter like Kai Greene win a pro ifbb show. Reading whatever I can find from Arthur Jones and Mike Mentzer.People forget 20 years ago , BB'ers did 25 30 sets per bodypart-twice a week ! What these two did has reshaped the sport- wether the haters want to admit it or not. Seeing and feeling results are also the best motivators.
BB Accomplishments:
Chest is my weakest bodypart, so finally benching 225 was a huge accomplishment personally. Also at 5'4 breaking 175 pound bodyweight fairly lean was sweet.

After 9 months off from weights altogether, I would like to get in the shape I was in 1 year ago.
Goal (Long):
When I started lifting I weighed 110 lbs. In the next year or two, I WILL make that scale hit 185(with maybe 10 -12% bodyfat, nothing too extreme)NATURALLY.I have the utmost respect for people who compete, there's a lot of sacrifice, hard work and commitment. However, I don't think competing's for me, but never say never.....
Close grip bench or weighted dips, followed by either scull crushers or overhead dumbbell presses- finished with cable pushdowns or kickbacks.

What bicep workout has worked best for you?
Without a doubt, heavy barbell curls. Not too strict or loose on form, just enough body english to get past sticking points. Show me someone with guns who will say any different....
James Ronald Pinard. That is my son's name. Anyone who is not a parent just won't understand......
When they say children are the ultimate sacrifice, well in some ways they're both right and wrong. If by sacrifice , you mean a bundle of joy, who looks at you like you are all knowing,...
