I am working out and I have been to the gym a few times each week. I have been checking my weight and it goes up and down because of the muscle gains. I probably need to get my bodyfat checked out by a professional and think about what I need to change in order to see progress. I am assuming...

haha thanks but not at all!! i lost like 5 pounds thats it!! My belly is melting wich is great, but curiously i'm not losing a lot. But thanks thats a nice comment (im all happy now!! lol):-) I just seen you lost 19 pounds, that is GREAT!! congratulations!! hope to see some progress pics soon.Im sure we can see a change already! :-))

Hey hipshimmy! I'm still here although not very regularly on the site. I am resolved to the fact that I need help in implementing healthy habits into my life. I have not done well on my own! So my brother (a lay trainer) started working with me last week.. Goal to lose 80 pounds by November. How are you doing? What are your goals?
