I am working out and I have been to the gym a few times each week. I have been checking my weight and it goes up and down because of the muscle gains. I probably need to get my bodyfat checked out by a professional and think about what I need to change in order to see progress. I am assuming...
haha thanks but not at all!! i lost like 5 pounds thats it!! My belly is melting wich is great, but curiously i'm not losing a lot. But thanks thats a nice comment (im all happy now!! lol):-) I just seen you lost 19 pounds, that is GREAT!! congratulations!! hope to see some progress pics soon.Im sure we can see a change already! :-))

Hey hipshimmy! I'm still here although not very regularly on the site. I am resolved to the fact that I need help in implementing healthy habits into my life. I have not done well on my own!
