How I Started:
I had a friend challenge me to a weight loss competition for support for her personal goal of doing a figure competition.
Why I Love It:
Want to have the body I have dreamed of, and can't believe what a little dedication and hard work can do. I love the power I feel during and after a good workout.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look in the mirror or at old pics of myself. I have pics hanging on my frig. Looking at other folk's progress on bb.com doesn't hurt either!

Sticking to it and beating my original goal!
