How I Started:
Homeschooling (just for one year) and needing physical activity. Was told I easily built muscle and had I ever thought about bodybuilding. I tried it, worked hard and got awesome results.
Why I Love It:
Always been self-conscious of myself, shy and had poor self-esteem. Working out changed all of that for me. I also like feeling strong.
How I Stay Motivated:
Right now, it is a struggle. I work hard at my job, come home to a preteen girl and a hubby. I am tired and taking meds that just don't give me the 'get up and go' I need. So, basically, right now, it is pure will-power that gets me to the gym.
BB Accomplishments:
I worked hard, and sculpted a body I was proud of. That gave me the courage to look people in the eyes and smile.

Motivation is barely there. It is embarrassing to go to the gym, ride the bike for thirty minutes, do 3 sets of ab exercises, and go home. But, right now, thats all I have to give.

Workout Program:
Right now, I am trying to get motivated. I am just doing cardio (30 mins a day) and abs. I am getting ansy and want to start lifting again. I will try 3 days of that a week. God, I need help. I look at myself in the mirror AND DO NOT LIKE WHAT I SEE - YUCK!!
