i drink a few cups of coffee a day and it works fine for me. Just start it with 1 scoop a day and if it feels to strong cut it down to 1/2 a scoop. If its not strong enough go up .5 scoops until you get the adrenaline pump your looking for. For me Gaspari Nutrition products work the best, i would mix and match to see what works for you.

haha 4 more years Navy, you just need to go to college around Va, i cant find a workout partner to keep up and i dont like slowing down and spending 2 1/2 hours at the gym haha.

finally haha get some updated stuff youv gained like 20 more pounds haha, and look into jack3d, stuffs good man. and get on my forum *40 pounds*

im trying to get my training cert. now and with the new GI bill i am going to go to college when i get out for nutrition, wouldn't mind going for fitness modeling either

i work Ordance for helos, right now im an E2, and im stuck in Norfolk Va. i just got part BAH so iv actually been able to get a real meal three times a day. but i cant wait to pick up rank.

im just afraid that i wont beable to stack my upper body if i do to much cardio. i just started to be able to see the outline of my abs again, i get self concious think'n im losing weight, and if you dont mind me asking what branch are you in.
