I could always do a couple. the Pull up is the most comprehensive upper body move. If you cannot do a complete pull up, get on a bar in pull up position with a chair and do a couple sets of 10 negatives. each negative should be 8 seconds. That will build up your strength.

Partially, I was always strong in pull-ups and with P90 you do a lot of them. I began doing wide grip pull-ups with weight. I started with a 30lb dumbbell, and now I am on 40lb. It works really well.
