After spending some time recovering from hernia surgery, I needed to get back into shape. I have worked out most of my adult life and went through peaks and valleys. This was a valley. When I went back to work after my long gluttonous recovery, I couldn’t even button my freakin slacks...
Just dropping by... It is still working BF% is down to 19% down from 25% and 182lbs. I'm not as strict as I should be but you were right that it works.
Hey man, I've been following the cut diet you sent. I'm down to 184--the lowest since my accident. I've never eaten so many green beans in my life. How's things going for you?
Shoulders are a high point for me right now. About 6 weeks ago they were 48". I had them measured at the gym on a cardio day (so no cheating) and they were 1/2 an inch bigger. I have 10 weeks to go on the program I'm following...this week is ugly.
oh. i used the assistant pullups machine and it was on plate 8, then a few last one, i have to put it up on plate 10 (I forgot how much each plates was). I did it...going to continue doing it, until i don't need to have any weight on and be able to pull myself up.
I thought of you after the training session today. You're going to be proud of me...15 pulls up, 15 hand-in pulls up, 10 palms faced in pulls up...rest...then I think I did 8 each after...my biceps was freaking pumped and my heart rate was going up...it's crazy...
