What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
Im not sure. Im noting looking for to be to big. Just want to look fit.
Have you ever had a lifting injury?
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Had a pain in my forearms when i was lifting for the biceps. I had this for some weeks. Recoverd by stop training.
What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
If you try to lift to heavy weights.
