now after A year, from Feb 2008 to Feb 2009 I gained 6.5 kilos only, still no supplements, i need to b 60 KG, and i am now 53.5(june 2009),so is amno 2,222 tab is good or animal pack or whey opetimum gold stander , and how much I can take, and is there side effects ?? thx for bb.com my regards Tamimy
