At the end of a hard workout… what do you call that extra push you need, where does that motivation come from to get that last set/rep up to complete your workout for the day and to call on that something when you do it all over again the next day?
Thanks to muscleandfitnesstrainer.com I'm using one of their hardcore advance workouts. It is awesome, makes me want to quite after the second set :) I've gotten so much stronger, plus I've been able to get over those exercises I’ve plateau in.
