Ten years ago I started lifting to supplement my training for high school sports. My sister and I used to get up at 5 a.m. and lift with my dad. Following lifting, we would run or go to work for the day. This was pretty extreme for junior high/ high school. I lifted throughout college and one day had the idea to become a bodybuilder. I had made some lifestyle changes and bodybuilding seemed like it would be a great fit in there. I checked with my dad, a fellow wrestler friend and a trainer.....and started training hard shortly thereafter.
Why I Love It:
Lifting makes you look great and feel great, plus it's so healthy! Its so much more fun to lift weights than do tons of cardio. I've made a few extra friends too!
How I Stay Motivated:
I simply think about my goals, great bodybuilders and the beginning of my training

how is school and training going? I hope you're doint great at both! unless you're done with school??? hopefully not done with training... great potential there!
