thats cool that your leaner this time around. gives you a better canvas to work with. I have always had small skinny legs, and never worked my legs or my back because of a back injury and fused vertabres, but i have been doing great working my legs and back, and my back is solid now so i think i should see some weight gains when i get some size on these little legs.

Thank you for the advice and guidance. just like you said you have to try hard, i beleive that if you want something bad enough no matter what it is. its achievable. but you have to really want it. thanks again.

Just keep the attitude you have now, and always never cheat yourself out of a day for any excuse unless its a real one, and you will see the results you want. you have a nice canvas to work with so you shouldn't have much trouble at all. later

Man I always wanted to be a firefighter, still do, just not sure if I have the ability to make it happen with my schedule, but maybe its because i don't want it bad enough. i just keep hearing you have to volenteer, alot of time/go through a year long sort of application process. well im go to bother you with anymore of that lol, but if you dont mind, any bits of advice would be appreciated. otherwise good day. and keep up the good work, looking pretty solid.

I used to run at least 5 days a week and it was about 26 miles or more a week. nowadays i started running again and i do about 8 miles a week, averaging about 2 miles each time, and running around 4 times a week. im adding in additional training such as GPP which works your core body strength like Flipping Tractor tires up hill, and draggin things lifting things. soon I will be climbing a rope too. so yeah thats about it.
